About the role
Responsibilities
- Own recurring marketing performance reporting for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and executive-ready narratives.
- Integrate and reconcile data across CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and media platforms to measure ROI and lead funnels.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards focused on channel mix, spend, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes.
- Develop scalable measurement frameworks, including consistent taxonomy, tagging requirements, and reporting templates.
- Advance marketing impact measurement through attribution, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to guide budget optimization.
- Partner with Digital and Demand teams to optimize paid media performance across search, display, and social channels.
- Operationalize website and content analytics using GA4 to monitor user journeys and landing page performance.
- Build automation and AI-assisted analytics workflows, such as anomaly detection and automated KPI commentary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence with strong reporting and data visualization expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including semantic models and DAX.
- Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Python or R is preferred for automation and statistical analysis.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, experimentation methods, and A/B testing.
- Experience with GA4 and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and tell a clear story with data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data warehouse or lakehouse concepts such as MS Fabric.
- Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate insight generation or applying ML techniques like forecasting and propensity modeling.
