Senior Advisor, Learning and Development

Responsibilities

• Co-create learning initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and workforce needs
• Embed and evolve capability frameworks to promote continuous learning and career development
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to define development needs across the learning portfolio
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, including digital content, workshops, and tools
• Manage end-to-end programs, including planning, vendor engagement, logistics, and evaluation
• Support broader Organisational Development initiatives including culture, leadership, and talent development

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in L&D, HR, psychology, education, or organisational development
• Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital content creation (e.g., Articulate, Chameleon Creator)
• Excellent facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction, Property Development, or Project Management environment
• Experience working with Capability Frameworks and industry partnerships
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
