Senior Advisor, Digital User Experience

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior UX specialist and trusted advisor to shape end-to-end user journeys and information architecture
• Lead complex UX research and analysis to provide evidence-based recommendations for experience design
• Influence strategy, content, and journeys across a major enterprise website transformation
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate analytics and user needs into clear experience direction
• Produce UX artefacts, including journey maps, wireframes, and interaction models, to inform technical specifications

Requirements

• Extensive experience applying UX principles, design thinking, and content architecture in enterprise digital environments
• Strong capability in using data, analytics, and user research insights to drive digital performance
• Proven experience creating UX artefacts to inform design decisions and technical requirements
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and align experience outcomes with business goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously
