Senior Advisor, Demand Planning (Sourcing Lead)

Responsibilities

• Develop long-range demand and sourcing guidance while defining commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Regional Planning to align and execute planning strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating complex supply-demand dynamics into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations
• Lead the resolution of supply challenges and analyze market trends, supplier constraints, and cost drivers to inform decisions
• Drive planning excellence by improving forecast accuracy and adopting advanced analytics, Power BI, and AI tools to enhance visibility

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields
• Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel, analytics tools)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in program management and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, predictive analytics, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with order management, fulfillment concepts, and end-to-end supply chain operations
