Senior Advisor, Demand Planning (Global Master Scheduler)

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Global Master Scheduler (GMS) pillars, including commodity attainment and demand variance governance
• Lead global analytics to identify optimization opportunities in cost, lead time, and inventory reduction
• Manage aging inventory and develop strategies to mitigate excess and obsolescence risks
• Develop demand-supply matching frameworks to ensure continuity of supply and minimize risk exposure
• Monitor supply planning signals (e.g., MRP/UPP) to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee commodity lifecycle activities, including new product introduction (NPI) and end-of-life (EOL) transitions
• Collaborate across global and regional teams to align demand shaping and supply strategies
• Drive adoption of digital and AI capabilities to improve forecast accuracy and operational agility

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand supply or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, fulfillment processes, lead time management, and supply continuity concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate across global teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
