Senior Advisor - Defensive Fires

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of acquisition strategies for Army Fires, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, MDA, and SMDC.
• Support cross-functional integration of operational, technical, and logistical program elements to enable effective acquisition and sustainment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including Joint and Army Staffs, HQDA, and AAMDCs to align acquisition with operational concepts.
• Drive strategic growth and business development pursuits for Army PAE Fires, MDA, SMDC, and OSW.
• Develop strategic visions, plans, and tactical action plans in support of combat developments and modernization initiatives.
• Contribute to leadership development through mentoring and training activities.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• 22+ years of experience supporting Warfighter mission and requirements.
• Extensive experience with Air and Missile Defense or Fires systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success integrating programs and providing acquisition support for PAE Fires, SMDC, and MDA organizations.
• Established relationships with Army Staff, Fires Center of Excellence, and key acquisition offices.
• Hands-on experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) execution.
• Strong leadership in managing large-scale DoD programs.
• Excellent briefing and communication skills for senior Army and MDA leadership.
