Senior Advisor, Channel Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and own co-marketing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and SNS partners in Singapore to drive joint GTM plans.
• Manage and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) across the partner portfolio, ensuring high-impact deployment and compliance with governance standards.
• Execute integrated channel marketing programs, including partner events, digital campaigns, SPIFFs, and training activations.
• Act as the primary link between the channel partner community and internal sales and marketing teams to align commercial priorities.
• Deliver insight-driven performance reporting to leadership, tracking MDF ROI, program effectiveness, and partner activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing within the technology industry.
• Proven hands-on experience managing MDF programs, including planning, execution, and proof-of-execution (POE).
• Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner ecosystem dynamics (VARs, distributors, and system integrators).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships both externally with partners and internally with cross-functional teams.
• Commercially minded approach with experience connecting marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, and ROI metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large, matrixed global technology organization.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies' partner program frameworks or equivalent vendor partner marketing platforms.
