Senior Advanced Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis and authoring for aircraft data gateway systems
• Execute systems validation and verification by preparing detailed test plans and analyzing results
• Manage systems integration and build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Automate and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to feature functionality
• Articulate key performance and operability results to internal teams and external customers
• Optimize build and release times by automating manual and repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, or Computer)
• Minimum of 9+ years of professional engineering experience
• Proven experience in systems validation, verification, and requirements analysis
• Expertise in systems integration and CI/CD pipeline automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with systems engineering standards such as DO-178C
• Exposure to Cyber security compliance and DO-356A for DAL-D products
• Proficiency with Linux environments, networking stacks, and Docker containers
• Experience with Python scripting and test automation frameworks like ROBO
