Senior Advanced Systems Administrator - Saviynt Admin

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) integrated with HR systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Implement RBAC, birthright access, entitlement-based provisioning, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, and various cloud/on-premises applications using REST, SCIM, and JDBC.
• Configure and customize Saviynt connectors, provisioning workflows, approval policies, and business rules.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for provisioning, access requests, certifications, and connector/API-related issues.
• Troubleshoot platform issues using Saviynt logs and SQL-based Data Analyzer.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust IAM solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts including JML, RBAC, SoD, and access certifications.
• Proven experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, and SAP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD, REST, JDBC, and SCIM).
• Strong SQL skills and experience using Saviynt Data Analyzer.
• Proficiency working with REST APIs, JSON, and application integrations.
• Solid understanding of authentication and security concepts such as SSO, MFA, and LDAP.
• Experience providing L2/L3 production support and incident management.
