Senior Advanced Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and innovation for ANTHEM tools and HARMONIC Tool Integration
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to align architecture with strategic business goals
• Evaluate and select technology solutions to ensure scalability, security, and compliance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert in enterprise architecture
• Drive innovation activities such as IP sprints and co-innovation opportunities with customers
• Incorporate security, data protection, and privacy controls as integral parts of the design process
• Support technology stack selection based on specific product requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions
• Expertise in C#, .NET, advanced data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and multithreading
• Proficiency in Python scripting and C++ development/debugging
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI for software development and engineering productivity
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience with avionics communication protocols, network configuration, and system integration
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as OpenShift, Bamboo, or Octopus

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of EPIC product architecture, Anthem tools, and the Thunderbolt platform
