Senior Advanced Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project life cycle, including scope definition, budget estimation, program planning, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for program cost, schedule, and customer deliveries.
• Manage program health by monitoring overall metrics for cost, schedule, and risks.
• Drive collaboration with global stakeholders and manage interdependencies across work packages.
• Provide direction, motivation, and effective communication to the engineering team to maximize performance.
• Streamline workflows and address barriers to maximize execution efficiency.

Requirements

• B.E./B.TECH or M.E./M.TECH degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of professional experience within the Aerospace domain.
• Project Management Certification.
• Proven experience in Agile deployment.
• Deep understanding of Aerospace Engineering Process (AEP) for program management.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace products, including computing hardware, communication interfaces, and network systems.

• Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to maneuver through complex, abstract, and dynamic business scenarios.
• High level of self-motivation with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen regarding current and emerging practices in program execution.
