Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Improve existing manufacturing lines to support increasing production volumes
• Establish in-line or intermediate checks to identify failures early in the process
• Design and analyze production lines, establishing and improving performance metrics
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize the output of custom parts
• Communicate with design engineers to ensure seamless adoption of design changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven track record of bringing electro-mechanical products to market
• Experience working with overseas contract manufacturers or suppliers
• Experience evaluating production line performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or a related engineering field
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
