Senior Advanced Cybersecurity Architect/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Architect providing expertise across ServiceNow modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce.com platform, including configuring custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and security settings.
• Manage end-to-end maintenance of Fusion and IRM/TPRM modules, including development, deployment of upgrades, and testing.
• Build and execute technical product roadmaps aligned with business strategic goals and streamline platform governance.
• Support performance analytics and reporting by integrating with systems such as PowerBI, Splunk, and OneTrust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to roll out organization-wide initiatives and adopt AI capabilities within existing platforms.

Requirements

• Strong IT background with working knowledge of ServiceNow and Salesforce/Fusion technologies.
• 2-4 years of experience specifically as a Salesforce and ServiceNow Technical Architect.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects with excellent project management skills.
• Strong risk analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, or Performance Analytics.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS (ITSM, Risk and Compliance, or TPRM), ITIL, or PMP.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
