Senior Adult Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide professional social work and support to individuals, children, families, and carers in Hammersmith and Fulham
• Use professional judgment to employ interventions promoting choice, control, and independence
• Demonstrate expert practice in complex situations, managing higher levels of risk
• Operate autonomously and liaise with a wide range of professionals
• Assist individuals and families in developing support and treatment plans using a strength-based, asset-based approach

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Degree level qualification in Social Work
• Post-qualified experience
• Specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults with mental health conditions
• Eligibility to work in the UK
