Senior Adobe Application Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery using Adobe platforms
• Drive adoption of internal enterprise marketing tools and Adobe applications
• Configure and implement customized business rules and automations within Adobe marketing platforms
• Implement new features according to specifications and designs within Adobe environments
• Test configurations and newly developed features to ensure quality and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing Adobe applications
• Translate business requirements from marketers into technical specifications
• Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build data audiences and manage segments
• Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize Adobe platforms

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in application consulting, marketing technology, or campaign operations
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, and marketing automation workflows
• Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze, or similar
• Advanced understanding of campaign execution processes including QA, testing, and deployment
• Ability to develop and execute UAT tests at campaign or programme level
• Experience supporting technical documentation and solution requirements
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle communications
• Knowledge of data usage within campaign execution and audience selection
• Relevant platform certifications (e.g., AJO, Adobe Campaign, Braze) are an advantage
