Senior Admissions Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic admissions via QTAC, UAC, and direct entry pathways
• Oversee admissions through articulation and pathway arrangements
• Build strong relationships with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders
• Promote Griffith’s programs and pathways to prospective students with accurate information
• Focus on improving student experience through process enhancement and automation
• Resolve complex client issues independently using intricate systems
• Negotiate and maintain domestic admission, articulation, and pathway agreements

Requirements

• Experience in domestic admissions within the tertiary education sector
• Strong understanding of university admissions procedures and the UAC application process
• Experience working with CRM systems and student databases
• Excellent attention to detail regarding data entry and document verification
• Ability to meet critical deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
