Senior Administrative Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the completion of tasks and projects delegated by the Managing Director
• Manage and improve operational workflows for the executive office to increase execution speed
• Coordinate across engineering, product, legal, and finance teams to move initiatives forward
• Maintain clear documentation, tracking systems, and status reporting on ongoing work
• Handle high-quality reporting, record-keeping, and vendor relationships
• Conduct research and prepare materials to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in administrative management, project coordination, or operational support
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack
• Experience with modern productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, or Linear
• Must currently reside in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, AI infrastructure, or fintech
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in distributed teams
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Genuine interest in decentralized technologies and sovereign web infrastructure
