About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including monitoring SmartRecruiters workflows and vetting applicant qualifications
- Draft hiring packets and maintain recruitment tracking logs
- Support job fairs and manage electronic personnel files
- Train supervisors on ePerformance and SmartRecruiters platforms
- Identify and prioritize staff training needs such as OSHA and EEO compliance
- Collaborate with HRSD to monitor field and safety training maintenance
- Process training applications and maintain professional development logs
- Coordinate administrative functions including employee relocation and workstation assignments
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community-centered activities, OR
- High school graduation and six years of experience in community-centered activities
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have at least one year of experience related to the duties described
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
