About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including monitoring SmartRecruiters workflows and vetting applicant qualifications
  • Draft hiring packets and maintain recruitment tracking logs
  • Support job fairs and manage electronic personnel files
  • Train supervisors on ePerformance and SmartRecruiters platforms
  • Identify and prioritize staff training needs such as OSHA and EEO compliance
  • Collaborate with HRSD to monitor field and safety training maintenance
  • Process training applications and maintain professional development logs
  • Coordinate administrative functions including employee relocation and workstation assignments

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community-centered activities, OR
  • High school graduation and six years of experience in community-centered activities
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have at least one year of experience related to the duties described
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
