About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide complex administrative support to the WCHP Dean’s Office, including managing workflows, calendars, and communications for multiple leaders.
  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for college-level operational questions and routing issues.
  • Maintain office procedures, shared systems, records, and files to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate logistics for college-level meetings, retreats, orientations, and special events.
  • Support the Director of Finance & Administration with purchase orders, reimbursements, budget tracking, and data gathering.
  • Assist with personnel-related processes including onboarding coordination, contract routing, and compliance documentation.
  • Support academic and student affairs initiatives, including accreditation documentation and program reviews.
  • Draft and distribute administrative communications on behalf of college leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment.
