About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide complex administrative support to the WCHP Dean’s Office, including managing workflows, calendars, and communications for multiple leaders.
- Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for college-level operational questions and routing issues.
- Maintain office procedures, shared systems, records, and files to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate logistics for college-level meetings, retreats, orientations, and special events.
- Support the Director of Finance & Administration with purchase orders, reimbursements, budget tracking, and data gathering.
- Assist with personnel-related processes including onboarding coordination, contract routing, and compliance documentation.
- Support academic and student affairs initiatives, including accreditation documentation and program reviews.
- Draft and distribute administrative communications on behalf of college leadership.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strict confidentiality.

- Experience working in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment.
