About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for the Dean and Associate Dean, including meetings, events, and travel
- Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and external partners
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with university policies
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Coordinate committee work, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Oversee and track departmental financial obligations and invoices
- Assist in planning college events, donor events, and academic celebrations
- Hire, supervise, mentor, and train administrative support staff and student assistants
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with travel and expense management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated commitment to a Christ-centered community and mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting academic leaders or senior administrators
