About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Program and Study Management (P&SM) organization and Global Clinical Operations (GCO).
- Manage complex daily calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organize and schedule various meetings, including townhalls, off-sites, and onboarding events.
- Handle expense reconciliation and monthly corporate credit card reporting.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including equipment setup and orientation.
- Manage candidate interview scheduling, including phone, video, and in-office logistics.
- Maintain office operations, including supply management and coordination with IT and workplace services.
- Perform clerical duties such as document management and handling high email volumes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting high-level leaders.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience using Concur and Zoom.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ariba and Icertis.
- Experience working within a clinical operations or pharmaceutical environment.
