Senior Ad Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently scope and lead end-to-end primary research studies using in-house panels or 3P vendors
• Design surveys, manage vendors, process data, and perform statistical testing and analysis
• Lead research and measurement strategy for Media & Entertainment to support advertisers and category narratives
• Collaborate with measurement and analytics teams to develop creative and media best practices
• Leverage syndicated data sources like MRI Simmons and GWI to answer industry questions
• Lead and present lift measurement for Media & Entertainment and Theatrical clients
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Ad Researchers

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience with primary, secondary, and AI-driven research
• Expertise in quantitative consumer surveys, creative ad testing, audience insights, and conjoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business strategy
• Experience with Qualtrics, SQL, Displayr, or Tableau
• Proven experience mentoring or managing research professionals
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior-level clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Media (TV, video, digital) and streaming entertainment (AVODs, SVODs, FAST)
