About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently scope and lead end-to-end primary research studies using in-house panels or 3P vendors
- Design surveys, manage vendors, process data, and perform statistical testing and analysis
- Lead research and measurement strategy for Media & Entertainment to support advertisers
- Collaborate with measurement and analytics teams to develop creative and media best practices
- Leverage syndicated data sources like MRI Simmons and GWI to answer industry questions
- Lead and present lift measurement for Media & Entertainment and Theatrical clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Ad Researchers
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience with primary, secondary, and AI-driven research
- Expertise in quantitative consumer surveys, creative ad testing, and brand insights
- Proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics, SQL, Displayr, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business strategy
- Experience mentoring or managing research professionals
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior-level clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Media (TV, video, digital) and streaming entertainment (AVODs, SVODs, FAST)
