About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated policy partner for regional sales teams, translating complex policy requirements into actionable guidance.
- Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback and regional market intelligence to inform policy development and recalibration.
- Communicate risks and policy rationales to internal stakeholders through high-quality written presentations and briefings.
- Partner with product teams by creating business requirement documents to ensure policy compliance for new advertising products.
- Build collaborative relationships across Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units to support policy management.
- Support high-risk and high-impact escalations in partnership with moderation and tiered support teams.
- Apply knowledge of ad tech systems and advertising infrastructure to inform strategic policy decisions.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g., Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, or Economic Development).
- Experience in digital advertising policy, compliance, or legal standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Legal, and Public Policy teams in high-stakes environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to earn trust at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to make complex decisions and provide strategic guidance with limited data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creative acceptance policies or advertising standards.
- Proven track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of advertising infrastructure and ad tech systems.
