Senior Active Directory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and supporting third-party utilities according to company guidelines
• Represent enterprise-level Active Directory for global initiatives and collaborate with project teams through implementation
• Own root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management for the enterprise Active Directory landscape
• Serve as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting complex production, application, and system-related problems
• Perform daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for domain technologies, including installation and troubleshooting steps
• Follow formal change management processes for all improvements or implementation requests
• Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance service delivery and existing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise Active Directory infrastructure
• 10+ years of experience in global IT infrastructure environments
• 10+ years of experience with Entra ID, M365, Windows Server, and the Microsoft Suite
• Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Deep knowledge of administering Active Directory, GPOs, and ADFS within Windows Servers
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and DFS in a Windows landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft and Azure certifications
