Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across APAC, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies
  • Shape Talent operations through process design, programs, and tooling
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
  • Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality and pace
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, or VC-backed environments
  • Proven track record hiring non-technical talent across various seniority levels
  • Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of OTE structures and quota attainment
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple complex searches in ambiguous environments
  • Direct and collaborative communication style
