Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across APAC, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies
- Shape Talent operations through process design, programs, and tooling
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
- Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality and pace
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, or VC-backed environments
- Proven track record hiring non-technical talent across various seniority levels
- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of OTE structures and quota attainment
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches in ambiguous environments
- Direct and collaborative communication style
