Senior Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts receivable and collections function across an international customer portfolio
• Contact customers via telephone and email to move collections forward on high-risk accounts
• Reduce DSO, improve CEI, and minimize bad debt expense
• Identify systemic billing or operational issues impacting cash flow
• Provide accurate short- and long-term collection projections for cash forecasting
• Oversee daily cash applications and investigate complex unallocated cash receipts
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
• Manage credit card workflows, including charges, refunds, and chargeback challenges
• Leverage Enterprise AI platforms to drive process optimization and automation

Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role
• Deep expertise in Tier-1 ERP and CRM ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query/Pivot)
• Proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash collections
• Experience managing global portfolios across multiple currencies and international markets
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic negotiation skills
• Experience working with advertising/marketing agencies is highly preferred
• AI-savvy with comfort using Enterprise AI tools to automate tasks
