Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including cash application, collections, refunds, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate three-way reconciliation between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks such as billing gaps and unapplied cash
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve disputes
• Own AR and cash application process documentation and SOPs
• Manage AR-related inputs for monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
• Generate and interpret AR Aging, DSO, and key AR KPIs
• Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to Finance and Revenue leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, or AR accounting
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and cash flow concepts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Experience documenting processes and driving operational improvements
