Senior Accounts Payable Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and process creditor payments using the Jobpac financial system
• Code and process prompt payment batches
• Respond to accounts payable enquiries from major accounts
• Complete monthly accounts payable statement reconciliations
• Support the Treasury Operations Manager with daily cash flow reporting
• Coordinate and prepare statutory declarations
• Liaise effectively with project staff across the BMD Group
• Assist with monthly filing, archiving, and electronic data processing tasks

Requirements

• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
• Strong attention to detail and high work standards
• Capacity to work effectively in a high-volume processing environment
• Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jobpac financial system
• Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne)
