Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage indicators by preparing structured reports and monitoring KPIs such as aging, reconciliations, and payment deadlines
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing automation solutions
• Act as a technical focal point for complex reconciliations and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level analysts
• Maintain strategic partnership and communication with internal areas like procurement, tax, and accounting

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Solid practical experience in Accounts Payable routines with high transaction volumes
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and large database cross-referencing
• Strong analytical capacity to transform financial data into business insights
• Proactive, hands-on profile with autonomy and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
