Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices by matching them to Purchase Orders and resolving queries proactively
• Partner with the Procurement team to onboard new suppliers and ensure smooth PO processes
• Perform core AP duties including reconciliations, posting prepayments and accruals, and reviewing supplier set-ups
• Execute supplier settlement runs, intercompany payments, and tax authority payments
• Conduct bank reconciliations and liaise with banking partners as required
• Support the wider accounting team with system rollouts, testing, and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience serving the Americas and/or APAC markets
• Strong experience handling multi-currency invoices and multi-entity groups
• Solid understanding of core accounting concepts including Balance Sheet, P&L, Accruals, and Prepayments
• Proficiency navigating core systems such as Workday, Coupa, or Ascend
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of tax compliance, such as US Sales/Use Tax or GST
• Interest in and familiarity with process automation and AI
