Senior Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts finalization and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and review MIS reports to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure high-quality financial operations.
• Drive automation and digitization initiatives to strengthen internal controls and streamline processes.

Requirements

• CA Inter, M.Com, or MBA in Finance (CA preferred).
• 8-10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience leading and managing finance or accounts teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
