Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Own daily and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, wallets, and accounting ledgers
• Drive end-to-end bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items within cut-off windows
• Track funds in transit across banks and partners to maintain full control over fund movements
• Reconcile intercompany transfers across entities and close intercompany balances monthly
• Partner with treasury, banking partners, and platform engineering to support audits and compliance reviews

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in bank reconciliations and intercompany accounting, ideally within a regulated fintech or multi-entity business
• CA or CMA semi-qualified, or an equivalent professional accounting background
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting tools such as Zoho or NetSuite
• High level of ownership and ability to identify root causes of financial discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-border or multi-currency reconciliations
• Working knowledge of payment partner reporting
