Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions
• Monitor cash flow and manage invoice-related finances
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and statutory regulations across Canada, USA, and India
• Coordinate with tax professionals and support tax planning activities
• Prepare financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
• Handle payroll processing and compliance
• Maintain internal controls and support financial audits
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
• Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2.5 years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and financial compliance
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in foreign accounting or multi-country accounting processes
• Experience managing international financial operations
