Senior Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier queries and perform statement reconciliations
• Maintain accurate supplier and customer accounts
• Issue sales orders and customer invoices efficiently
• Manage customer queries, debtor collections, and cash allocations
• Assist with financial accounting tasks during month-end processes
• Process and reimburse staff expenses and credit card transactions
• Assist with payroll, taxes, and other statutory payments
• Support the finance team with ad hoc office administration and special projects

Requirements

• At least two years of accounts experience, specifically in accounts payable and receivable within a corporate environment
• Currently studying towards an accounting qualification (qualified by experience will also be considered)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
• Proficiency in IT and general computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multi-currency environment
• Previous experience using NetSuite
