About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-volume HoReCa accounts
- Acquire large HoReCa clients such as chains and multi-location businesses
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for hospitality entrepreneurs
- Translate market developments into commercial opportunities and proposals
- Coach and guide junior account managers
- Negotiate strategic contracts and commercial terms
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales or commercial roles
- Minimum 2 years in foodservice
- Minimum 2 years in HoReCa as a chef or in a supervisory role
- HBO diploma, preferably in commercial or hospitality-related fields
- Strong HoReCa network in the Utrecht region (required)
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Resident in the sales region
