Senior Accounting & Reporting Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial transaction postings
• Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements
• Support month-end and period-end close activities, including account balance analysis and variance explanations
• Partner with stakeholders across Financial Reporting, Accounting, and regional teams to meet reporting requirements
• Support audit requests, statutory accounting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen R2R controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger, or similar accounting roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, multinational environment
