Senior Accounting Manager - Close & Consolidations

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global close process across Finance, including key milestones, dependencies, and escalations
• Drive AI and automation adoption across the close and consolidation process
• Execute and own the global consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Lead consolidation-related activities including allocations, eliminations, and intercompany activity
• Own functional currency assessments and ensure accurate foreign currency translation
• Explain quarterly financial statement fluxes to Auditors and leadership
• Support new entities, acquisitions, and changes in corporate structure
• Own chart of accounts structure and governance
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and setting high standards
• Partner with the Transformation team to redesign close processes and improve data quality
• Play a key Accounting role in the SAP implementation
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of close and consolidation processes
• 2+ years of people management experience
• CPA certification required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Deep U.S. GAAP expertise (consolidation, intercompany, foreign currency, etc.)
• Experience operating in a large ERP environment; SAP experience is required
• Experience with SOX compliance
• Hands-on experience deploying or evaluating AI tools in a finance context
• Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred
• Experience with offshore or shared-services teams preferred
