Senior - Accounting Compliance & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad array of accounting, tax compliance, and reporting services for multiple clients
• Assist in creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive accounting policy and procedure documentation
• Develop accounting analysis, validations, and effective reporting solutions in accordance with local and group requirements
• Establish, monitor, evaluate, and interpret accounting and tax data
• Support the implementation of key regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities within client processes
• Manage teams and establish professional, trust-based relationships with customers

Requirements

• Academic Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or a similar financial field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, and reporting roles
• Strong knowledge of SNC and NCRF
• Good knowledge of international requirements including IAS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or Primavera
• Fluency in both written and verbal Portuguese and English
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural projects and environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a consulting environment, specifically working on international projects
• Professional certifications in Accounting or Tax
