Senior Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Book recurring journal entries in GL
• Prepare month-end activities
• Lead the variance analysis process of P&L
• Prepare the analysis of balance sheet
• Develop financial models and analysis to support improvement initiatives
• Participate in the automation and optimization of processes
• Improve the streamlining of financial metrics
• Ensure implementation of recommendations to enhance financial accuracy
• Support operations as a liaison to the finance team

Requirements

• College or University degree in accounting or finance
• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience working with financial systems
• Very strong Excel skills
• Experience improving financial processes
• Experience participating in financial system migration
• Bilingualism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Great Plains, Recy, Maximo, or D365
