Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliation schedules, and close documentation
• Manage financial reporting processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and support weekly payment runs and banking assistance
• Assist with financial, tax, and controls audits and reviews
• Operate within a strong internal control environment and support SOX compliance processes
• Perform ad hoc reporting tasks, including assisting with Forms 10-K and 10-Q

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in life sciences or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Experience with Prendio procurement system
• Big 4 public accounting experience
• CPA license or similar designation
