Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness of contractual records and review terms to document the application of accounting policies
• Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and fluctuation narratives for content costs
• Manage payout processes by obtaining payment support, ensuring tax compliance, and uploading data to the accounting system
• Utilize GenAI tools to develop and manage agentic workflows to optimize core accounting processes
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional business stakeholders and support teams
• Drive process improvements and contribute to large-scale transformation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience at a quickly evolving company or public accounting firm
• Experience with contract reviews (e.g., revenue, leases, or other complex documents)
• Proficiency in building models in Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with data tools such as SQL
• Strong ability to implement process improvements and build scalable solutions with GenAI in mind
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex analysis into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA License
• Experience with SAP, QuickSight, Mode Analytics, or other ERP and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies (e.g., Claude Code, MCP, and Agentic Workflows)
• Passion for the creator economy and experience as a Twitch user
