Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and issue Government Uniform Invoices (GUI) and manage input/output invoices
• Prepare and file VAT returns and related tax declarations
• Handle withholding tax (WHT) calculation and filing in compliance with Taiwan tax regulations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders during audits
• Prepare financial and tax-related reports to meet local and regional HQ requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards
• Provide basic office administrative support when required

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 3–5+ years of solid accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations (VAT and WHT)
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Basic English reading and written communication skills
