Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle lease accounting, including right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, and lease surrender accounting.
• Prepare and review income tax computation, tax provisions, advance tax workings, and tax audit schedules.
• Manage deferred tax calculations, including recognition of assets and liabilities and related disclosures.
• Coordinate transfer pricing compliance, related party schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and balance sheet schedules.
• Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS/withholding tax, STPI, and FEMA.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audit closure and assessments.
• Support treasury activities, banking documentation, and inward remittance (EDPMS, IDPMS).
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com qualification.
• 6-8 years of relevant controllership and accounting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
• Expertise in lease accounting, income tax computation, and deferred tax.
• Proven experience in transfer pricing and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
