Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform revenue download and reconciliation with billing systems
• Manage reservation and allocation of customer payments
• Oversee COD (Cash On Delivery) accounts and follow up on open sales invoices
• Ensure correct offsetting of credit notes and invoices
• Process unapplied and unidentified customer payments
• Execute Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and prepare accounting journal entries
• Maintain standard reporting for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and intercompany transactions
• Perform periodic general ledger closings and maintain closing schedules
• Maintain the standard chart of accounts and prepare account analyses
• Collaborate with team members to meet GBS performance objectives and support internal/external audits

Requirements

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or GBS environment is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems is desirable
• English B2 conversational level
