Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year end closing processes and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
• Maintain the fixed asset register including capitalization and depreciation
• Prepare and review trial balances and supporting schedules
• Monitor accounts payable, GRNI, and receivable processes
• Analyze financial data for variance and flux reporting
• Assist with monthly cash forecasting
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate with AR and other departments for sales order entry

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software (Infor Syteline, LN, or CostPoint Deltek)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
