About the Company

Quanta is an AI-powered finance platform built for fast-growing companies. We are building the system of record for finance—a real-time, intelligent financial backbone that uses AI to automate and abstract away the operational burden of traditional accounting.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to close their books and level up their accounting operations
• Act as a trusted partner to finance leaders, advising them as they scale their companies
• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to build accounting software
• Create tools, automations, and AI workflows to improve efficiency
• Turn customer pain points into product insights to shape the roadmap
• Help define the Accounting Operations function at Quanta

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience at a fast-growing startup
• Experience with modern fintech stacks (e.g., Ramp, Brex, Mercury, Rippling, Gusto)
• Proven record of using AI to build scalable systems and processes
• Ability to navigate large, complex datasets
• Strong technical understanding of US GAAP
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work in-person at our San Francisco office

Preferred Qualifications

• Active CPA
• Experience using or strong interest in learning SQL
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams
