Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaids, payroll, and intercompany transactions
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, AR, AP, and deferred revenue
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes and prepare financial statements
• Generate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports with variance analysis
• Support external audits and prepare PBC schedules
• Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and recommend automation improvements
• Mentor junior accountants and collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or SAP
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations
• Foreign currency accounting experience
• Background in SaaS, professional services, or real estate
• ERP migration or accounting automation project experience
