Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes
• Settle monthly intercompany receivables and payables
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation of fixed assets
• Perform complex bank and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and accounting policies
• Oversee Concur review and approvals, monthly billing, and accruals
• Maintain and enhance accounting systems, processes, and documentation
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, PowerQueries)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with S4Hana, Concur, or OneStream
• Experience with Power BI
