Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned companies within the ERP system
• Manage the approval flow of all invoices through the procurement system
• Reconcile and check intercompany balances
• Ensure all relevant agreements are in place prior to processing payments
• Maintain accuracy of accounts payable and communicate with suppliers as needed
• Monitor supplier costs and report variances over specific periods
• Execute payments in accordance with Group payment schedules
• Build and monitor monthly cash planning to ensure adherence to plans
• Propose and initiate improvements for the ERP system
• Maintain organized filing of bills, bank statements, receipts, and agreements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
• Proven experience using ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Microsoft Business Central
